A member of CICFAFI USA shall comply with the following professional code of conducts.

1. To establish professional competence in any tasks assigned or entrusted to Him or Her in respect to forensic accounting and fraud investigators.
2. To exhibit integrity and honesty in discharging His or Her professional obligations.
3. To ensure that duty always prevails over interest.
4. To comply with the rule of law regulating confidentiality.
5. To ensure that he or she comply with the relevant laws when discharging His or Her professional tasks.
6. To give an expert opinion whenever he or she is called upon to do so. Such expert opinion must be representation of the true facts.
7. To ensure that he or she is independence, credible, reliable and objective in discharge of his or her duties.
8. To ensure that he or she upholds professional ethics and behavior in performing his or her obligations.
9. To ensure that he or she does not maliciously attempt to damage or damage the reputation of another professional.
10. To always channel any observations or complaints to the right authority in compliance with the organizational procedures or statutory procedures.
